I have an older model clock & new transmitter and have followed all the instructions & still do not have the outdoor temperature.

Q – I have an older model clock &  new transmitter and have followed all the instructions & still do not have the outdoor temperature.

A – If all methods of restarting the clock do not correct the outdoor temperature, it typically means that there is an internal problem with the clock itself.  We suggest that you replace the clock with a newer model & return the transmitter for a refund (if it is within the one year warranty).
